• Create high-quality, original content (images, short-form videos, graphics, captions).
• Schedule, post, and monitor daily activities across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter).
• Respond promptly to comments, reviews, and messages to build an active online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing, events, and kitchen teams to promote menu items, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and provide reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, viral opportunities, and competitor activities to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Requirements
• Must have strong content creation skills
• Ability to use CapCut professionally
• Creative mindset with knowledge of social media trends
• Experience in video editing and social media management is an added advantage.
