Job Description
• Lead the overall TikTok content strategy and execution, aligning content direction with brand positioning, business goals, and audience insights.
• Own the social media content calendar, developing weekly and monthly publishing plans to ensure a consistent and effective posting rhythm, especially around key campaign moments.
• Drive content planning and creative output, turning platform trends, audience interests, and viral mechanics into engaging and high-performing content ideas.
• Manage the full content production process, including concept development, scripting, shoot planning, on-site execution, post-production, publishing, and performance review.
• Accelerate follower growth and account performance through content optimization, creator/KOL collaborations, live-stream integration, and trend-based content opportunities.
• Continuously elevate creativity and content quality, building a strong creative standard and improving storytelling, entertainment value, and brand relevance.
• Oversee filming and production management, coordinating internal teams and external partners such as directors, videographers, editors, producers, and influencers.
• Track TikTok platform trends, policy updates, and competitor activity, and turn findings into actionable content recommendations.
• Build a data-driven optimization process, using key metrics such as views, completion rate, engagement, follower growth, and conversion to refine content
REQUIREMENT :
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Film Production, Digital Media, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in short-form video or social media content.
• Deep understanding of TikTok’s content ecosystem, recommendation logic, trend cycles, and audience behavior; proven account growth experience is highly preferred.
• Strong content planning, creativity, and visual judgment, with the ability to independently develop high-quality content ideas, scripts, and campaign concepts.
• Solid content calendar management and project management skills, capable of handling multiple content streams and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Proven experience in follower growth and viral content creation, with a clear understanding of performance metrics such as views, engagement, completion rate, and conversion.
• Familiar with the full short-video production workflow and able to manage script quality, filming execution, editing, and final output.
• Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to elevate both execution standards and creative quality.
• Highly trend-sensitive, analytical, and capable of turning data and insights into actionable improvements.
