• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to audience insights and marketing goals.
• Research beauty trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, optimizing campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Experiment with new content formats, platforms, and creative approaches to elevate the brand.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles, ideally in beauty or lifestyle.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
