OIK Investment Limited is seeking a creative, innovative, and result-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage the company’s digital presence and create engaging content that promotes our brand, properties, and services. The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media management, content creation, video editing, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage and grow the company’s social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content including reels, videos, flyers, captions, and promotional campaigns.
Shoot and edit property videos, inspections, client testimonials, and company events.
Schedule and publish daily content across social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas for audience engagement.
Run and optimize paid advertisements for lead generation.
Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally.
Track social media performance and prepare reports.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Requirements
2–3 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
