**Content Creator and CoFounder (COO), Suya (Equity Based, 30% to 40%)

Every creator is running a business. Most of them are doing it with a dozen disconnected tools, no real infrastructure, and no single place that holds everything together. Suya is the answer to that — a complete personal platform for creators to manage their entire creator business and life, from one place.
The product is built. The launch is June 2026. What we need now is the person who will own it.
We are not hiring a community manager or a growth marketer. We are bringing in an equity partner. A creator who has built an audience, understands the real problems creators face day to day, and is ready to step into full operational ownership of a platform built for people exactly like them.
You will hold between 30% and 40% equity in a launch-ready product inside the OpenCrate portfolio, vesting over five years. The exact figure depends on what you bring: the size and quality of your following, your network within the creator community, your commercial instincts, your ability to onboard fellow creators from day one, and whether you are coming in with capital alongside your experience.
What you will own:
• The full product launch and go-to-market strategy
• Creator acquisition, onboarding, and community building
• Partnerships with creator networks, talent agencies, and platforms
• Brand presence and positioning for Suya
• Day to day operations and team building as the platform scales
• The full P&L
What we are looking for:
• You are an active content creator with a real, engaged following across one or more platforms.
• You create consistently.
• You have built a community, not just an audience.
• You understand monetisation, brand deals, and the operational chaos that comes with running a creator business because you have lived it.
• You have relationships with other creators you can bring onto the platform early.
• And you are ready to go beyond creating and start owning.
Preference will be given to candidates based in Nigeria, though exceptional creators anywhere in the world will be considered.
