• We are seeking a highly creative, tech-savvy, and solution-driven Content Creator & Digital Support Officer to join our growing team at our Head Office.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital content creation, social media engagement, WordPress website administration, and IT support operations across The Chelis Group and its sister companies.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong creative, technical, and problem-solving abilities, combining expertise in digital content development with practical IT support and website management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
• Create engaging and professional content for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Design graphics, promotional materials, flyers, reels, and visual campaigns.
• Develop educational, promotional, and brand-awareness content.
• Plan and manage social media content calendars.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and campaign copy aligned with brand identity.
• Monitor social media engagement and audience interaction.
• Ensure consistent branding and communication across all digital channels.
Humanizing AI-Powered Content Development:
• Utilize AI tools to generate:
• Social media content
• Marketing copy
• Blog articles
• Campaign concepts
• SEO-focused content
• Improve workflow efficiency using AI-assisted tools.
• Research digital trends and implement modern AI solutions for marketing and communication.
Website Development & Management:
• Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Install and manage plugins, themes, and website functionalities.
• Optimize websites for:
• Mobile responsiveness
• Website speed and performance
• SEO
• User experience
• Troubleshoot website-related issues and ensure website security and uptime.
IT Support & Hardware Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot:
• Desktop systems
• Laptops
• Printers
• Networking devices
• Provide technical support to staff members.
• Maintain IT equipment and ensure smooth system operations.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance.
Administrative & Multi-Company Support:
• Provide digital and IT support services for other sister companies within The Chelis Group as assigned.
• Assist management with technology-related projects and digital initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency in all operations.
Expert use of social media platforms for business:
• Skilled in creating engaging content, managing brand presence, analyzing performance metrics, and driving customer engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields
• Proven 3- 5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, website administration, and IT support.
• Experience managing WordPress websites and digital campaigns will be an added advantage.
