We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Accountant & Office Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position is designed for a professional who excels at balancing financial precision with the operational needs of a busy office. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions while ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and record student application fees, tuition payments, and commissions from global partner institutions (UK, Canada, USA, etc.).
• Assist in handling transactions involving multiple currencies and ensuring accurate conversion and reporting.
• Issue invoices to recruitment partners and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare and file monthly tax returns (WHT, VAT, PAYE) in accordance with Nigerian regulations.
• Develop monthly office budgets and track departmental spending to ensure profitability.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Abuja office, ensuring a professional environment for visiting students and parents.
• Manage relationships with service providers (IT, security, cleaning, and stationery suppliers).
• Maintain employee files, track attendance, and process payroll for the Hitouch team.

Requirements:
• B.Sc/HND in Accounting or Finance. Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage.
• 2+ years in a dual finance/admin role, preferably within the travel, educationconsultancy, or service industry.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
