Key Responsibilities
• Participate in all training sessions and learning activities organized by the company.
• Support daily business operations and administrative activities.
• Assist in customer engagement and relationship management.
• Contribute to sales and business development initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Carry out market research and provide business insights where necessary.
• Meet assigned performance and development targets during the training period.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate.
• 0–1 year of work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Must be proactive, smart, and goal-driven.
