Job Title: Graduate Trainee Engineer
Location: Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Compensation: ₦250,000 net monthly
Role Summary
Participates in a structured engineering development program designed to build practical capability across modern manufacturing, product development, and engineering operations. The role provides hands-on exposure to additive manufacturing, product design, and production workflows while preparing high-potential graduates for full engineering responsibilities.
Training & Responsibilities
• Support engineering projects across product design, prototyping, and manufacturing operations
• Gain practical exposure to additive manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards
• Assist with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) activities
• Participate in product development workflows from concept to testing and iteration
• Support technical documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on operational and technical tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline
• NYSC completion is mandatory
• Basic understanding of engineering design and manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or related software is an advantage
