Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Media Management: Oversee the entire content production lifecycle from initial concept to final digital distribution.
• Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Act as the primary link between scriptwriters, video editors, and graphic designers to ensure project alignment.
• Resource and Asset Organization: Manage and maintain a structured digital library for all raw footage, branding assets, and final deliverables.
• Production Timeline Management: Develop and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure all media assets are delivered on time.
• Quality Assurance Oversight: Review all media content to ensure it meets high production standards and adheres to specific brand guidelines.
• Stakeholder Communication Strategy: Provide regular status updates and reports on project progression to senior management and external clients.
• Creative Brief Development: Translate high-level marketing goals into clear, actionable creative briefs for the production team to execute.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Relevant Educational Background: A degree, diploma, or certification in Mass Communication, Media Production, or Project Management is preferred.
• Professional Industry Experience: 2–3 years of experience in managing media projects, digital content creation, or creative agency workflows.
• Technical Tool Proficiency: Strong knowledge of project management software like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp for tracking creative tasks.
• Media Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the video editing process, graphic design workflows, and social media platform requirements.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to identify potential production bottlenecks and implement creative solutions to keep projects on track.
• Professional Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and creative teams.
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision in reviewing content for brand consistency, grammar, and visual quality.
• Adaptable Project Leadership: Ability to manage multiple media campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
