About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Projects to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project operations from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects across multiple sites

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies

Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, scope, and budget

Coordinate and supervise project teams, contractors, consultants, and site personnel

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality standards

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Manage vendor and contractor performance to ensure service quality and efficiency

Review project designs, specifications, and technical documentation

Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across project delivery processes

Ensure effective communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management within construction, real estate, engineering, or infrastructure sectors

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity

Bachelor’s degree in

Civil Engineering

Architecture

Building Technology

Construction Management

Or related discipline

COREN certification is mandatory

Proven experience managing large-scale or multiple construction projects

Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction processes, and site operations

Experience managing contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams

Skills & Competencies

Excellent project planning and execution capabilities

Strong budgeting and cost control experience

Effective stakeholder and contractor management

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and quality standards

Strong understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance requirements

Preferred

Candidates with PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications will have an added advantage.
