Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage and support the company’s human resource functions and manage processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees

• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation
•
• Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
•
• Handle staff welfare, grievances, and employee relations matters
•
• Support performance management and staff evaluations
•
• Monitor attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes
•
• Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting
•
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
•
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal regulations
•
• Requirements
•
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
•
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
•
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
•
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
•
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
