Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Executive with a strong interest in Human Recourses Operations and Learning & Development. This role will support core HR operations while driving initiatives that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

• Assist in payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration

• Draft HR documents including offer letters, memos, and employment contracts

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

• Provide support on employee relations matters

Learning & Development (L&D)

• Identify training needs through performance reviews and stakeholder engagement

• Design and coordinate training programs (technical, soft skills, and leadership development)

• Support onboarding training and continuous learning initiatives

• Track training effectiveness and maintain learning records

• Partner with department heads to build capability development plans

• Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization

Performance & Engagement

• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles

• Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities

• Analyze HR metrics (training impact, performance trends, turnover) to inform decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2–4 years of HR experience with exposure to Learning & Development

• Strong understanding of HR operations and Nigerian labor laws

• Experience coordinating or facilitating training programs is an advantage

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems

• CIPM certification, PHRI certification etc is required

• Strong people analytics skills
