Job Summary A leading engineering and technology solutions company is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Brands & Marketing to drive brand positioning, market visibility, and lead generation across its product and service portfolio.
This role is responsible for building a strong, consistent brand identity, executing high-impact marketing strategies, and aligning brand efforts with commercial growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Brand Management
• Lead the development and execution of brand strategy and positioning
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, communications, and materials
• Develop brand guidelines, templates, and messaging frameworks
• Drive brand awareness, loyalty, and market share growth
• Manage and optimize the annual brand and communications budget
• Conduct ongoing brand and market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
2. Digital Reach & Engagement
• Oversee and optimize digital assets (website, social media, email marketing)
• Drive growth in online visibility, engagement, and brand perception
• Develop and execute digital campaigns aligned with business goals
• Improve content quality and storytelling across all digital platforms
3. Public Relations & Communications
• Develop and implement PR and corporate communication strategies
• Manage media relations and act as a brand spokesperson when required
• Oversee content creation, publishing, and communication calendars
• Plan and execute events such as product launches, exhibitions, and activations
• Monitor brand perception and media coverage
4. Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
• Design and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition
• Implement campaigns that convert awareness into qualified leads and sales
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and optimize for results
5. Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach, and mentor the marketing and communications team
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives
Requirements & Qualifications
• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Professional certifications in marketing or communications are an advantage
• Minimum of 5–7 years experience in brand management, marketing, or communications
• Strong experience in B2B, engineering, or technology-driven industries
• Proven track record in brand growth, digital marketing, and lead generation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
