Job Summary A blockchain-focused technology company is seeking an experienced Lead Backend / Blockchain Engineer to architect, build, and scale a blockchain product on the Solana network. This role requires deep technical ownership, strong system design skills, and hands-on experience building production-grade decentralized applications.
The ideal candidate is both a builder and a thinker—comfortable writing low-level code, making architectural decisions, and guiding technical execution across the product lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Strong experience as a Backend Engineer or Blockchain Engineer in a production environment
• Hands-on experience building on
Solana using
Rust and Solana SDKs is a plus
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus, transaction models, account architecture, and security
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Go, or similar server-side frameworks
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and take technical ownership
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers is a strong advantage
