Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a high-impact project in a technical support and solutions capacity. This isn't just answering tickets, it’s about deep-diving into complex technical ecosystems, diagnosing architectural bottlenecks, and shipping fixes.
You will act as the technical bridge between our clients' users and the core engineering team. You'll need the grit to troubleshoot user-built applications and the foresight to propose platform-level improvements.
What You’ll Do
• Deep-Dive Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex bugs in user-built applications across the full stack (TypeScript/React/Node).
• Platform Evolution: Identify systemic platform issues. For self-contained bugs, you’ll ship the fix; for architectural shifts, you’ll build the business case and collaborate with Senior Engineers to implement.
• Engineering Excellence: Maintain high velocity in a high-volume environment without sacrificing code quality or structured communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and ops teams to translate technical friction into product features.
What You Bring
• Experience: 2–6 years of professional experience in a software engineering role, ideally within a product-led or high-growth environment.
• The Stack: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React. You should feel at home navigating modern frontend frameworks.
• Backend Fluency: A solid grasp of backend architecture—RESTful APIs, server-side logic, and authentication protocols.
• Problem-Solving DNA: The ability to look at a broken user app and methodically trace the issue from the UI down to the API layer.
• Agility: You ramp up quickly, love a fast-paced "ticket" environment, and can communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
