We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive/Manager to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging digital content, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting brand visibility and lead generation initiatives.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Create and schedule engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, graphics, and marketing materials.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams for promotional activities, campaigns, and corporate branding.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google platforms.
Respond to online inquiries and engage with audiences professionally.
Support recruitment campaigns, healthcare awareness campaigns, webinars, and corporate events through digital promotion.
Prepare monthly social media and marketing performance reports.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and online marketing strategies.
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO, and content creation tools.
Basic video editing and graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries will be an advantage.
