Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Lekki for a Business Development Manager with expertise in EPCI, EPCM, and the Oil & Gas industry. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth. Responsibilities also include negotiating contracts, proposing and executing strategic plans, conducting market analyses, and leading business proposals to establish partnerships and secure projects.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development within EPCI, EPCM, and the Oil & Gas sectors
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of project management principles and contract management
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects
• Educational background in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of Nigerian local content policies is an advantage
