Job Summary: We are seeking a competent and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a multi-unit residential development project in Lagos.
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day construction site operations
Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, and site workers
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management
Supervise quality control and project execution
Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project workflow
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field- Minimum of 3–4 years experience in a similar construction/project management role- Experience managing residential development projects is highly preferred
Proficiency in project management and construction reporting tools is an added advantage
