Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Superintendent based in Port Harcourt. The role involves overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring effective personnel management. The Human Resources Superintendent will also be responsible for addressing employee concerns, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the company.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)

• Demonstrated expertise in Personnel Management and HR Policies

• Strong skills in fostering and managing Employee Relations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to operate effectively as part of a team and independently

• Thorough understanding of labor laws and employment regulations

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus

• Prior experience in a similar role or within the industry is preferred
