Role Overview

Mission: Own the entire user acquisition and activation funnel from first touchpoint to active, funded user. Your job is to grow the user base efficiently and ensure that every person who signs up becomes someone who actually uses the product, not just a download number.
You are the person who answers: How many active users did we add this week, what did it cost us, and how do we double it?

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimise the full user growth funnel from signup to retention.

• Track user behaviour, identify drop-off points, and improve conversion rates through data-driven experiments.

• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, X, and other relevant channels.

• Optimise campaigns for cost per active/funded user, not just installs or clicks.

• Build and manage retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns.

• Allocate marketing budgets based on channel performance and ROI.

• Own lifecycle marketing automation including onboarding, activation, and re-engagement flows.

• Run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve activation, retention, and referrals.

• Manage and optimise the referral rewards program and referral conversion performance.

• Deliver concise weekly and monthly performance reports with key metrics and actionable insights.

• Build and manage influencer, affiliate, and brand partnerships to scale reach and trust.

• Work closely with Product and Operations to improve onboarding, user experience, and feature adoption.

• Own the marketing calendar across launches, campaigns, and community initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of growth funnels and how to move users through them.

• Experience running both online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.

• Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 4–6 years experience in growth or performance marketing (fintech or mobile-first startups preferred).

• Proven track record of running multi-channel campaigns with clear ROI.

• Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
