Role Overview

• We are seeking a visionary and high-impact Regional Sales Manager drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand penetration across assigned territories. This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong expertise in retail, wholesale distribution, and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channels within the footwear or fashion industry.
• The ideal candidate will lead high-performing sales teams, optimize channel performance, and execute data-driven strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
• The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales operations and drive revenue growth across company-owned stores and authorized retail partners within the assigned region.
• The role is responsible for executing effective sales strategies, managing high-performing store and area leadership teams, and ensuring the right product mix aligns with regional market trends and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Implement sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth across retail outlets, distributor networks, and e-commerce channels.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Oversee performance across physical stores, third-party distributors, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners.
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams to enhance online sales performance.
• Ensure consistency in pricing, promotions, and brand positioning across all channels.
• Recruit, train, and develop store leadership teams.
• Lead, coach, and manage Area Sales Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Representatives.
• Establish clear KPIs and performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews and field visits.
• Foster a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, insights, and forecasts.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail sales management, preferably within footwear, fashion, or apparel.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including seasonal trends and inventory planning.
• Proficiency in CRM and POS systems for sales tracking and performance analysis.
• Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 50–60%) for store visits and partner engagement.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with retail management systems.
