Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role as a Banking and Payment Switching Developer specializing in Java Spring Boot. The selected candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable banking and payment switching systems.
Responsibilities include building robust backend APIs, ensuring system security and compliance, optimizing transaction processing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure reliability. The role also involves regular updates and integration of new features to enhance user experience and meet business goals.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, with experience building scalable backend systems.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Credit operations, with knowledge of payment switching systems.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure system reliability and support client needs.
• Understanding of Insurance and risk management processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is an asset.
