Role: Penetration Tester (Ethical Hacker)

Gtext Group is looking for a highly skilled Penetration Tester with proven, hands-on experience to help secure our digital assets, applications, and infrastructure.
This role is for professionals who don’t just know theory, but have real project experience and can demonstrate impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct penetration testing on web, mobile, API, and network systems
• Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities
• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis
• Prepare clear technical and non-technical security reports
• Work closely with developers and IT teams to fix security gaps
• Stay updated on emerging threats, tools, and attack techniques
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Penetration Tester or Security Analyst
• Notable experience working on real-world security projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Web and network security
• OWASP Top 10
• Linux, Windows, and networking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus (or similar)
• Ability to write clear, detailed penetration testing reports
• Relevant certifications (CEH, OSCP, GPEN) are a strong advantage

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
