Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos for a Cyber Security Manager. The role involves overseeing the organization's cybersecurity framework, implementing robust information security protocols, performing vulnerability assessments, and managing application, network, and information security initiatives.
Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with security standards, and responding to potential threats effectively.
Qualifications
• Experience with Application Security and developing secure software practices
• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity strategies and frameworks
• Expertise in Network Security, including securing networks and managing firewalls
• Skills in Information Security and maintaining data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
• Proficiency in conducting Vulnerability Assessments and implementing remediation plans
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with other departments
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CISA, are highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the financial, renewable energy, or asset management industries is an advantage
