About CyberDome
CyberDome is a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) in Nigeria, delivering managed SOC, MDR, red team, DFIR, and professional services for enterprise and government clients.
Role purpose
Own and grow a portfolio of customers in Lagos. You will build a pipeline, support the sales cycle end to end, and work closely with our SOC and technical teams to deliver value to clients.
Key responsibilities
• Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with target accounts.
• Manage opportunities from discovery to close, including proposals, RFP responses, and pricing.
• Coordinate demos, POCs, and technical workshops with CyberDome engineers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activities in CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Drive renewals, expansions, and customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
• Prepare concise weekly reports on pipeline, forecast, and risks.
• Track collections with Finance and ensure timely invoicing and sign-offs.
• Stay current on CyberDome services and the threat landscape to advise clients credibly.
• Represent CyberDome at customer meetings and industry events in Lagos.
Requirements
• 1-3 years in account management or sales in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
• Working knowledge of core security domains: EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOC operations, Zero Trust, SASE, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills (PowerPoint and Excel proficiency).
• Comfortable working with RFPs and enterprise procurement processes in Nigeria.
• Self-starter with high ownership and structured follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
• CRM experience with HubSpot.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, EC-Council (CCT, CSA), or similar.
• Experience with banking, telco, oil and gas, or public sector accounts.

Compensation
NGN 500,000.00 with 1.5% Commission on USD 750,000.00 annual target
