ExcelMindCyber Institute is looking for a high-performance Outbound Lead Intelligence Specialist who understands how to find high-quality cybersecurity career leads at scale.
Your responsibility is simple
Find Africans and Black professionals in the USA and Canada who are interested in transitioning into cybersecurity, especially Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and who are financially capable of paying for training programs.
This is not a basic VA role.
This is a performance-driven growth role tied directly to revenue.
Your Core Responsibility
You will source and deliver a minimum of 500 qualified cybersecurity leads daily for our outbound sales and admissions teams.

• Use AI tools and scraping systems to gather lead data
• Verify emails and phone numbers where available
• Organize and tag leads properly inside CRM systems
• Track lead quality and improve sourcing continuously
Daily KPI
Minimum of 500 qualified leads per day.
Each lead should include where possible:
• Full name
• Email
• Phone number
• Location
• Current profession
• LinkedIn profile
• Intent signal or context
• Notes on why they qualify
Low-quality scraped lists without intent signals will not be accepted.
