Role Overview

The Growth & Marketing Executive will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility across a multi-location business.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital and performance marketing, market analysis, and customer behavior, with a clear focus on translating marketing initiatives into measurable business outcomes within the beauty and wellness industry and beyond.

This is a middle-management role suited for a strategic yet hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver consistent growth across both digital and offline channels.

Requirements

Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or revenue-focused marketing roles.
• Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Prior exposure to multi-location or consumer-facing businesses is an advantage.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Core Competencies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, email marketing, content strategy, PR).
• Knowledge of demand generation, conversion optimization, and funnel analytics.
• Familiarity with customer lifetime value (CLV), retention strategies, and upselling models.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Awareness of emerging marketing tools, platforms, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Marketing Strategy
• Research and define target customer segments and market opportunities.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across digital, content, PR, and traditional channels (paid media, outdoor, radio).
• Design and implement demand generation and customer acquisition strategies.
• Track, forecast, and analyze campaign performance across the marketing funnel.
• Optimize marketing channels to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze historical data to continuously improve campaign performance.

2. Brand & Campaign Management
• Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns and projects.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and execution plans.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
• Drive brand awareness and audience engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and remain up to date.

3. Digital Presence & Content
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and external agencies.
• Develop engaging content for digital campaigns, email marketing, and customer communication.
• Ensure digital platforms (website, mobile app, social channels) are optimized for user experience and performance.

4. Partnerships, Events & Growth Opportunities
• Support partnership initiatives with campaign execution and promotional materials.
• Plan and participate in events with partners and stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate new growth and revenue opportunities.
• Recommend new offerings, upgrades, promotions, or bundled services to drive revenue.

5. Reporting & Performance Management
• Monitor customer lifetime value (CLV) and retention metrics.
• Track and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Present marketing insights, strategies, and growth plans to stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦450,000.00 per month
