Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria, with opportunities to work from home. The role involves managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, analyzing campaign data, and implementing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and brand growth.
Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing ad budgets, A/B testing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet KPIs and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
• Experience in Paid Digital Advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Programmatic Advertising
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Campaign Optimization, and Market Research
• Expertise in Social Media Advertising and creating engaging marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Digital Analytics Tools and familiarity with A/B Testing methods
• Effective abilities in Budget Management and Reporting
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Knowledge of the African digital and social media landscape is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
