We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager – Digital & Offline

Location: VI, Lagos

Salary: Negotiable

Work Mode: Full time on site
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute campaigns across social media, search, display, website, and messaging platforms.

• Manage on-ground activations, promotions, market surveys, and community engagement.

• Sales Collaboration: Support Sales with lead generation, promotional materials, and campaign coordination. Track marketing contributions to sales performance.

• Leadership & Budgeting: work with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies. Plan and manage budgets.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to senior management.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 4+ years marketing experience.

• Proven experience managing budgets and performance-driven campaigns

• Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication, and project management skills
