About the role
Creamix is a premium custom cake and dessert brand in Lagos. We create celebration cakes, event cupcakes, pastries, treat packs, and full dessert catering, and we have built a loyal customer base doing it. Now we are looking for a Marketing Associate who will take full ownership of how Creamix shows up online and turn that presence into real, measurable sales.
This is not just a social media manager role. Yes, you will manage our platforms, but the bigger job is thinking strategically about growth, building a genuine community around the Creamix brand, and consistently connecting every marketing effort to revenue. We want someone who sees an opportunity and moves on it without waiting to be told. This is a full-time role
What you'll own
• Our full online presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
• Content strategy, execution, and community engagement.
• Content creation and calendar management from concept and copy to shooting, editing, and posting.
• Community building, turning followers into loyal customers and loyal customers into advocates.
• Email and WhatsApp marketing - list growth, campaign planning, and broadcast execution.
• Influencer and collaboration outreach - identifying the right partnerships and managing them end to end.
• Monthly marketing reports tracking growth, engagement, leads generated, and revenue influenced.
• Generating and testing new marketing ideas proactively without waiting for a brief.
What we're looking for
• 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a consumer brand, food business, lifestyle, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong content creation skills - you can write well, shoot decent content, and understand what performs on each platform.
• A genuine understanding of community building not just posting, but creating a space people want to be part of.
• A sales-oriented mindset. You tie every marketing effort back to revenue and conversion, not just vanity metrics.
• Self-starter. You bring ideas to the table without being prompted and follow through without being chased.
• Strong analytical thinking. You look at numbers, draw conclusions, and adjust accordingly.
• Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for brand voice and detail.
Nice to have
• Experience marketing a food, hospitality, or events brand.
• Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or any tool.
• Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, ConverKit.
• An existing presence or network in Lagos food, lifestyle, or events circles.
Compensation
• Monthly salary: N150,000
• Performance bonus based on revenue and growth targets.
Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
