Role Overview

ADAM Scents is a premium luxury perfumery specialising in bespoke scent blending. We act as a high-end blending bar, where our experts help customers layer and combine our curated collection of luxury fragrances to create their own unique signature proportions. We are looking for dynamic Customer Experience & Marketing Executives who can communicate our premium brand value, host our highly sought-after in-store events, and drive corporate and event sales aggressively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Premium Customer Experience (In-Store)
• Act as the primary "Scent Sommelier," guiding walk-in customers through the ADAM Scents collection.
• Educate customers on the unique ADAM Scents value proposition, confidently highlighting the superior quality, longevity, and luxurious profile of our fragrance collection.
• Expertly host our signature special occasions (such as Couples Perfume Dates, bridal showers, and proposal events, etc.), assisting customers in discovering which fragrances layer best together.
• Precisely measure and blend the customer's chosen fragrances to create their unique signature scent.
• Maintain the pristine, luxury aesthetic and ambience of the Lekki and Ikeja experience centres at all times.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Manage the day-to-day posting and community engagement for the @Adam_scents Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Create viral-style, high-quality content, including aesthetic blending videos, educational fragrance content, and interactive street interviews (e.g., blind scent tests).
• Promptly and professionally respond to DMs, comments, and WhatsApp inquiries, actively converting digital leads into store visits, product sales, or date bookings.

3. Direct Sales & Corporate Outreach
• Actively research, pitch, and secure bulk fragrance orders from Lagos event planners, wedding planners, and brides for our luxury event souvenir packages.
• Drive sales of our Signature Collection Boxes and luxury gift packages, proactively pitching them to both individual retail customers and corporate clients (such as HR departments and real estate firms) for premium gifting.
• Follow up with past clients and digital leads to secure repeat business and upsells.

4. Exhibition & Event Management
• Represent ADAM Scents at major Lagos exhibitions (e.g., The Makeup Fair, GTBank Fashion Week, Wema Fashion Souk).
• Run the "Live Blending Bar" at external events and exhibitions.
• Actively capture customer data (WhatsApp/Emails) at exhibitions to build our marketing database for future retargeting.

Person Specification (Who We Are Looking For)

Experience & Background
• 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing social media pages (Instagram/TikTok) for a brand, with a portfolio of reels/videos you have created or edited.
• Desirable: Previous experience in B2B sales, event management, or the beauty/fragrance industry.

Core Skills
• Brand Storytelling & Education: You must be able to confidently articulate to customers and corporate clients the superior quality of our brand and the unique, luxurious experience of our bespoke blending process.
• Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous and precise in all aspects of the role, from accurately measuring and dispensing luxury fragrance blends to capturing flawless customer data and maintaining store aesthetics.
• Content Creation: Proficient in using mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot) and basic graphic design tools (Canva) to create clean, aesthetic content.
• Salesmanship: Confident in pitching high-ticket items to affluent individuals and corporate buyers without hesitation.
• Excellent Communicator: Flawless spoken and written English.
