Our client, a leading Agro-Real Estate and Premium Residential Real Estate investment and development company, seeks an experienced and results-driven Group Head of Corporate Communications who will lead and manage the group’s corporate communications strategy across all subsidiaries, including Agro-Real Estate, Investment, Mills, Academy, Realtors (MLM), and Cooperatives. This ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand reputation, ensuring message consistency, building investor and stakeholder confidence, and leading crisis communication efforts. He/she will be reporting directly to the Group Managing Director/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a Group-wide communications strategy that aligns with company's investment, food security, sustainability, and growth objectives
• Position the brand and all its products and services positively in the eyes and minds of all stakeholders making ultimate conversion easy and smooth for the sales team
• Manage and optimise all communication channels to drive brand presence and sales conversion
• Oversee corporate storytelling around agro-real estate projects, oil palm estates, processing mills, land banking, and impact outcomes
• Manage media relations, press engagements, interviews, and public statements for the Group
• Drive investor and stakeholder communications, including updates, reports, roadshows, AGMs, and partnership engagements
• Oversee crisis and issues management pertaining to operations, land matters, reputational risk and regulatory issues.
• Align internal communications across subsidiaries to support culture, performance, and strategic execution
• Oversee company publications, digital platforms, and content used for public and investor engagement
• Ensure brand integrity, regulatory compliance, and message coherence in all communications
Requirement:
• B.Sc/HND in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing
• 8–12 years’ experience and not less than 3 years in senior corporate communications, brand, or public affairs roles within investment-driven, real estate, agriculture, or financial services organizations
• Excellent media relations, reputation management, and crisis communication skills
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain business operations in a way that investors can easily understand.
• Ability to develop and implement consistent brand and communication plans for all business units and subsidiaries.
Salary: N550,000 - N700,000
