Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven
Head of Business Operations
to oversee and optimize end-to-end operational performance across the organization. This role offersg a high-impact opportunity to shape operational strategy, drive efficiency, and ensure successful project delivery at scale.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational excellence to manage cross-functional teams spanning project management, delivery, procurement, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management Office (PMO) Oversight
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Monitor project performance across cost, time, and scope
• Lead enterprise risk management practices for projects
• Ensure accurate reporting and executive-level visibility on all projects
2. Project Delivery Management
• Supervise project managers and site teams to ensure successful execution
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of all projects
• Oversee contract management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure effective commissioning and seamless project handover
3. Procurement & Supply Chain Leadership
• Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and quality
• Manage expediting to prevent delays in project timelines
• Ensure optimal inventory and warehouse management practices
4. Logistics & Field Operations
• Oversee transportation, delivery, and site mobilization activities
• Coordinate import/export processes in compliance with regulations
• Ensure effective deployment and management of field assets and equipment
• Optimize logistics operations to support project execution
Strategic Responsibilities
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Align operational activities with overall business strategy
• Build scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and accountability
• Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA is an advantage)
• 10–15+ years of experience in operations, project delivery, or supply chain roles
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams
• Strong background in project-based or engineering-driven environments
