Job Description: We are seeking a motivated NYSC Corps Member to join our team as an Accountant (Graduate Trainee). The role supports day-to-day accounting and financial operations across all three of our businesses. Key responsibilities include:
• Bookkeeping and recording financial transactions across the three business units
• Preparing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports
• Maintaining records using QuickBooks/Sage and Excel
• Bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and ledger entries
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Tracking receivables and payables
• Assisting with payroll preparation and tax-related documentation (PAYE, VAT, WHT filings)
• Maintaining organized and confidential financial records
This is an entry-level role designed to develop your skills through real-world exposure, mentorship, and structured learning across three diverse industries.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Must be currently serving or about to begin NYSC service in Abuja (FCT).
Experience: 3–6 months of prior internship or industrial training (SIWES) experience in an accounting or finance role. Required skills include solid understanding of basic accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of QuickBooks/Sage, and familiarity with financial reporting fundamentals.
Salary Range: ₦40,000 – ₦60,000 (in addition to NYSC federal stipend)
