Job Description
Stackchase is hiring our first Sales Lead for Ration — our flagship messaging and collaboration product. Mail, chat, calendar, contacts, meetings. We compete head-on with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, built in Nigeria for African enterprises.

This is a player-coach role. In your first two quarters you will personally close the first wave of enterprise customers. After that, you build and lead the team behind you. You report directly to the founders and have material input on pricing, packaging, and product.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR FIRST 12 MONTHS

• Land 15-25 paying enterprise logos across financial services, public sector, and mid-market technology in Nigeria.
• Build a repeatable, multi-stakeholder sales motion against Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace incumbents.
• Stand up the CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and weekly commercial reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp the first 2-3 Account Executives across Lagos and Abuja.
• Shape product packaging, pricing, and roadmap with direct line to the founders.

YOU ARE A FIT IF

• 6+ years of B2B software sales, with 3+ years selling SaaS subscriptions or licensed enterprise software in Nigeria or West Africa.
• You have personally closed multi-seat, multi-stakeholder deals (50+ seats / ₦20M+ ACV) end to end.
• You have a working network of IT decision-makers (CIOs, Heads of IT, CTOs) at Nigerian banks, fintechs, public sector, or mid-market enterprises.
• You have either led a sales team or been the lead seller on a new product launch.
• You are comfortable selling against entrenched incumbents and articulating a clear displacement story.
• You are based in Lagos or Abuja, or open to relocating.

BONUS POINTS

• Prior collaboration, productivity, or unified communications sales experience (Microsoft, Google, Zoom, Zoho, Bitrix, Notion, or similar).
• Experience selling to Nigerian public sector and navigating government procurement.
• Founding / early-stage sales hire experience at a Nigerian SaaS startup.

COMPENSATION

Competitive base salary and uncapped commission tied to bookings. Total package, including any retention or performance-linked incentives, will be discussed candidate by candidate in the first conversation.
