Job Description
We are hiring a Global Sales Manager, who will primarily be responsible for identifying and developing importer clients with
cross-border payment needs in Nigeria market. This is a high-value B2B client
development role, focusing on building trust, understanding funding needs, and
maintaining long-term client relationships. It is not a retail or door-to-door
sales position.
Responsibilities:
• Identify
and develop Nigeria import clients with cross-border payment needs. (Main
importing and exporting countries include: China, UAE, India, Turkey, Europe,
etc.). Focus on serving importers with annual transaction volume of no less
than RMB 5 million.
• Introduce
one-stop local payment and currency exchange solutions to clients:
(Naira
→ USD & Naira → RMB)
• Assist
and guide clients opening and using local payment accounts.
• Conduct
regular market visits, client visits, and association visits.
• Establish
cooperative relationships with customs clearance agents, freight forwarders,
logistics companies, industry associations, etc.
• Maintain
long-term client relationships and continuously follow up on client needs.
• Report
market information and actual client needs to the country manager.
• Target
Client Types:Nigeria importers engaged in international trade.

7. Those
with long-term, stable overseas payment and currency exchange needs.
Corporate Clients
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience.
• Experience in B2B sales and business development is highly preferred; a background in banking or cross-border services is an added advantage.
• Prior sales experience within the fintech sector, particularly in digital payments or mobile financial services, is an added advantage.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and ambitious, with a strong goal-oriented mindset; able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business negotiation skills and a high level of customer service orientation.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle is an added advantage.
Benefits
₦250,000 gross monthly salary
₦208,000.00 KPI/bonus (payable for the first six months, subject to review thereafter).
