CEven is a digital platform designed to help crèches manage children more effectively while giving parents real-time updates and visibility into their child’s daily activities, attendance, communication, and care.
We are expanding across Nigeria and looking for smart, energetic, and confident sales agents who can help onboard crèches into the platform.
Role Summary
As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibility is to:
Visit crèches within your assigned location
Introduce and explain the CEven platform
Build relationships with crèche owners and administrators
Convince schools to onboard onto the platform
Meet monthly onboarding targets
Performance Expectations
Each sales agent is expected to onboard:
Minimum: 30 crèches monthly
Target range: 30–50 crèches monthly
Agents who consistently exceed targets may qualify for:
Increased commissions
Leadership opportunities
Regional management roles
Payment Structure
Monthly Allowance
₦50,000 monthly support allowance for:
Transportation
Mobile data
Field movement within assigned city
Commission Structure
₦5,000 commission for every crèche successfully onboarded onto the platform.
Payment Timeline
Commissions may be paid
