About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Specialist to support the growth of our
Minimal Invasive Solutions (MIS)
and
Artificial Reproductive Technology (ART)
portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers, while driving product adoption through clinical engagement, demonstrations, and on-site support.
You will manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure smooth customer implementation, high service quality, and sustained customer satisfaction. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to support informed sales strategy and territory growth.
Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth across Surgical (Laparoscopy, Gynaecology, Urology, Energy Devices) and ART business units
• Achieve annual sales targets and territory operating plans
• Manage and grow account penetration across assigned territory
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems for forecasting and opportunity tracking
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer buying cycles
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and site visits
• Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activity
• Support customer needs through consultative selling and clinical engagement
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in healthcare or related industry
• Experience as an embryologist or theatre staff is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare market
• Experience in medical devices, hospital sales, or account management
• Strong sales aggressiveness and negotiation ability
• Excellent account management and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer-centric service orientation
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of product and clinical environment in MIS and ART is an advantage
