JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Executive with strong experience in granite and natural marble sales within the Nigerian building materials market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, expanding dealer networks, and achieving set revenue targets.
The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively within the construction and building materials industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with dealers, contractors, and key stakeholders in the building materials industry.
• Maintain strong knowledge of granite, natural marble products, and competitor offerings in the market.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support business decision-making.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer service.
• Attend trade shows, site visits, and project locations to generate leads and close business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience in building materials, granite, marble, or related products.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian building materials market and dealer network.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate product specifications and technical details.
• Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and basic MS Office tools.
