A. Distributor Development & Market Expansion (Sales Focus)
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential B2B distributors and wholesalers in key Nigerian markets.
• Negotiate partnership terms and sales targets in alignment with company profit objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor pricing and product gaps to maintain a competitive edge.
B. Guidance & Training (Operational Focus)
• Conduct comprehensive product knowledge training for distributors and their front-line sales teams.
• Provide "on-the-ground" guidance to partners, including inventory placement advice, product display techniques, and pitching strategies for local hotels.
• Develop and distribute sales toolkits, catalogs, and marketing materials to empower distributors to achieve independent sales.
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
