Role Description
The Executive Sales Specialist will oversee sales activities, manage client relationships, develop strategies to drive revenue growth, and identify opportunities for business development. Responsibilities include interacting with clients, maintaining records of sales activities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Lagos, incorporating both office-based and remote work.
Qualifications
• Proven skills in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
• Strong ability in Customer Relationship Management and Consultative Selling
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Strategic Planning and Market Analysis expertise
• Adaptability to hybrid work settings and self-motivation to work independently
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
