• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Track sales activities and reports using CRM tools.
• Work with other departments and handle key client negotiations.
Major Requirements
• B.Sc./ HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline.
• A higher degree may be an added advantage.
• Minimum of six years’ progressive beverage industry sales experience with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of route-to-market Pan-Nigeria.
