Our client, one of the leading foreign-owned food and beverage companies, located in Ota, Ogun State, requires an honest, brilliant and diligent individuals to join its team as AGM, Sales.
Major Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any related discipline; MBA or relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive sales experience, including at least 4 years in senior sales leadership within the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Strong Pan-Nigeria Sales Management experience with proven ability to manage multiple regions and nationwide distributor networks.
• Demonstrated experience in driving volume growth, market expansion, route-to-market execution and distributor management.
• Proven experience managing significant sales budgets, revenue targets and sales performance metrics.
• Strong leadership capability, stable career progression and proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams in reputable organizations.
Job Responsibilities [Summary]
• Support the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy in line with business growth objectives.
• Oversee nationwide sales operations, forecasting, territory performance and sales reporting activities.
• Drive sales growth through effective distributor management, market penetration and customer relationship management.
• Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and develop Regional Sales Managers and other senior sales personnel to achieve business targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, strengthen strategic customer relationships and ensure effective utilization of CRM and sales management tools.
_Salary is about N1.3M per month._
