Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized shopping assistance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable handbags and accessories
• Actively drive daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge (styles, pricing, materials, care)
• Handle customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and in-store
• Process sales transactions accurately (POS/cash handling)
• Maintain a clean, attractive store display at all times
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
• Assist with stock management and inventory checks
• Support promotional campaigns, launches, and sales events

Requirements & Qualifications
• Previous retail or sales experience (fashion or luxury retail is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented
• Ability to upsell and close sales professionally
• Basic knowledge of social media selling (Instagram & WhatsApp) is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Honest, reliable, and target-driven
