Sales Representative (FMCG)

Our client, a growing FMCG company, is expanding its sales operations and is hiring Sales Representatives to manage distributor sales, order execution, and sales reporting across assigned territories in Nigeria.
This role is suited to performance-driven FMCG sales professionals with experience in route-to-market execution, distributor engagement, and structured sales operations.

Locations
Benin/Edo, Asaba/Delta Multiple openings available for the same role across these locations. Applicants must reside in, or be willing to work within, their selected location.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of FMCG products within assigned territory
Generate and close orders from distributors and wholesalers
Support sales collections in line with company policies and reporting procedures
Build and maintain strong distributor and trade relationships
Execute approved route plans and meet monthly sales targets
Submit daily and weekly sales reports using company digital tools
Requirements
OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1–2 years’ FMCG sales experience
NYSC completed
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic digital reporting tools
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary (₦100,000 – ₦250,000)
