Job Description
Role Summary

Our client is an online Arabic language academy currently seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator who can actively sell its programmes, deliver measurable enrolment growth, and contribute directly to the commercial success of the organisation. He / She would be responsible for driving online sales and marketing the academy’s online programmes, converting leads into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive online sales of programmes, with particular emphasis on Foundation Courses and residential excursions.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from the website, social media, email, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Convert leads into paying students through disciplined follow-up, persuasive communication and clear presentation of programme value.
• Plan and execute digital marketing activity to generate qualified leads and increase enrolment.
• Promote all relevant offerings, including online courses and residential excursion packages.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects and keep accurate records of outreach, follow-up and conversions.
• Provide regular performance updates to management on leads generated, conversions achieved and campaign effectiveness.
• Represent the academy professionally and in alignment with its educational mission and brand values.

Performance Targets
• Achieve a minimum of 10 Foundation Course enrolments per month.
• Secure 30 students for each residential excursion trip promoted during the contract period.
• Maintain consistent daily sales and marketing activity that supports target achievement.

Contract Terms
• This is an initial contract engagement for three months.
• Continuation beyond three months is strictly subject to satisfactory performance and achievement of the stated sales targets.
• Where the required targets are not met, the contract will not be extended beyond the initial three-month period.

Requirements
• Proven experience in online sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience working with Muslim audiences.
• Strong ability to sell courses, educational programmes, events or travel-related experiences.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Confidence in following up prospects and closing sales through digital channels.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline and remain accountable for results.
• Good understanding of social media, online promotions and digital lead generation.
• Basic proficiency in spoken Arabic is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
