Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative based in Ikeja.
Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing detailed sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, with knowledge of real estate processes and trends being an advantage.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in the real estate sector or knowledge of the housing market is a plus.
