Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

Project

Manager plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Developing Service Level

Agreement(SLA) Proof reading SLAs and making corrections where necessary. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Effective and efficient project closure by ensuring Job Completion process is strictly adhered to. And any other duties that may be assigned by the team lead from time to time. Requirements Proven working experience as a project administrator (in the information technology sector is an added advantage). Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Project Management software Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. PMP/PRINCE 11 certification is a must. Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships Good communication skills- both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into a project. Ability to stick to time constraints Integrity and transparency Innovative and very smart thinker
