Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
• Maintain employee records, oversee staff deployment, and ensure optimal workforce utilization.
• Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, collaboration, and workplace culture.
• Develop and monitor training programs to support professional growth and organizational capability.
• Coordinate the appraisal process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business goals.
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, HR policies, and legal documents.
• Provide legal guidance on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct compliance checks and support internal investigations when necessary.
• CAC Processing & Secretarial Services: Handle corporate filings, company secretarial duties, board resolutions, statutory returns, and other CAC-related documentation.
• Support corporate governance by maintaining statutory records and ensuring timely submission of regulatory filings.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR/Administrative roles within a logistics, transport, or manufacturing environment.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on employee engagement and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure operational environments.
